ARA Computers and Consulting Inc. is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors. The Company recognizes that effective management of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is integral to its business operations.
The Company shall identify, assess, and control health and safety risks associated with its activities, including office operations, IT equipment, and data center environments. Particular emphasis shall be placed on ergonomic safety, electrical and fire safety, occupational health, and employees' mental well-being. Appropriate systems of work, safe equipment, and preventive measures shall be implemented to minimize the risk of injury, illness, or property damage.
ARA Computers and Consulting Inc. is also committed to environmental protection and pollution prevention. This includes responsible use of energy and resources, reduction of paper consumption, and proper handling and disposal of electronic waste in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Company shall comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and standards. Management will provide the necessary leadership, resources, training, and supervision to ensure effective implementation of this policy and to promote continual improvement in HSE performance.
All employees and associated personnel are required to comply with this policy, follow established procedures, and promptly report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or environmental concerns.
